Holly Poop.....
I knew that being a mom/parent was going to be difficult who would have thought it was going to be this hard. This morning when Eric came in from work he had stopped by Starbucks and got me a gallon of coffee. So we laid in bed for about 30 minutes and talked because these days that's about the only time we have together. With him working two full time jobs time is very limited. When he had drifted off to sleep I got up to begin getting ready for church. Everything was running very smoothly and I was on time. YEAH for me that doesn't happen too often when you are having to be like a single parent. It is hard without extra help from someone else (Still not sure how true single parents do it). I was finally ready to go wake our little Princess and get her ready. I stared her bath water and got her clothes all laid out. Got her up and put her in the tub. She was sitting there playing with her toys while I was just putting the finishing touches on my hair and makeup. I hear this loud sssllllllppppppttttt......the sweet pretty little girl was tooting in the bath tub. I looked at her and said ok enough of that. She smiled back at me. I get finished and sit down on the floor next to her. I look down in the tub and see something black on the bottom of the tub. I pick Rileigh up to see what it is a "streakmark" all on the bottom of the tub. HOLLY POOP.....RILEIGH POOPED in the bath tub. I ran out the bathroom really quick a hollered at Eric " Oh my God Rileigh has pooped in the bathtub please come help me." Needless to say he had only had about an hour of sleep at this point and didn't the urgency of this whole matter and went back to sleep. I got her out of that tub and put her in the other bath tub in our bathroom to finally get her cleaned up. After I got her bathed and dressed I get on my hands and knees with the Clorox clean-up and my pink rubber gloves and cleaned the poop off the tub. Just a little side note I am in my church clothes: a black knee length skirt and a cream colored under shirt. By this time it was 8:45....the service I attend starts at 8:45. I put our coats on and run out of the house to the car. I am late again....uuuuugggghhhhh!!!! So much for being on time today.
